Hans is a highly proficient Senior Process Control Engineer with over 20 years of experience in control system design, development, testing, commissioning, and implementation.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, his focus is always on the physical result, instead of the control system itself. The important thing is that the client receives a solution that works and exceeds their expectation.

His experience from working in different industries, like manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and mining, in conjunction with his simplistic approach are ingredients for the best possible results.

Andre is one of the Founding partners of Key Engineering Solutions, delivering optimisation for automation, process control, and instrumentation.

With two Bachelor degrees from the University of Western Australia in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, in conjunction with many years working for BHP, Andre is an expert Process Control Engineer and now a business owner. The creation of Key Engineering Solutions has allowed Andre to share his extensive knowledge in process control and create a company founded on quick, efficient, and quantifiable results.

Andre’s ultimate goals for the future of Key Engineering Solutions is to be known as a company with impeccable standards, both professionally and ethically, ensuring every client receives maximum exceptional service.

Carlos is a passionate and motivated Materials Engineer with experience in quality control, raw material procurement planning, production control and commercialisation of industrial services.

With a bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, graduate diploma in Business Administration, diploma in Project Management and more than 7 years experience in the manufacturing industry in Colombia, Carlos brings to the table highly knowledgeable perspectives and innovative ideas.

He is identified for his bright smile, friendly nature and eagerness to learn, our bilingual (English/Spanish) Quality and PM Coordinator who is always ready for a new challenge.

Miket is an outgoing and social individual with a keen interest in social media, digital art and media and truly enjoys people interaction.

He has 7+ years of experience in Relationship Development, Account Management and Technical Recruitment with a demonstrated history working and utilising his skills in the resources sector focusing on Process Control and Industrial Automation, Process and Chemical Engineering and EPC/EPCM Multi-Discipline Engineering.

At Key, Miket supports Key’s Operational Teams to ensure continuity and growth of our ethical professional services by providing sound project management while further developing new and existing customer relationships.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership, engineering and customer experience roles. Gabriel has turned his passion for telecommunications and management into a driven career, succeeding in global leadership roles in management and engineering.

He is avid about delivering excellence and staging exceptional customer experiences with the goal of building loyalty and turning customers into satisfied clients.

Gabriel is a visionary leader who has the ability to motivate others, by understanding every aspect of the business operations, his skills about complex problem solving, has giving him the edge to deliver successful projects to the Mining, Oil & Gas Industries.

Gary’s passion for programming, combined with his ability to quickly and comprehensively learn new systems, has seen him produce high quality and creative solutions.

Though his educational discipline is in mechanical engineering, Gary has always loved to program in his spare time. This love fostered a change in career to his current role as a software developer.

Starting in a graduate role here at Key, Gary has always looked for ways to advance and complete an ever-growing range of technological skills.

Parak is Oracle certified Java Associate, with Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Motivated by the drive to stay ahead of the pack through constantly developing and diversifying his already exceptional  technical skills, ranging from web designing to software development.

Parak is excellent team player, who motivates and is motivated  to find “the better way”. Always eager to take on the daily challenges and rewards of innovation and working towards sustainable solutions both internally and externally.

Gal is passionate about learning new things, he’s eye for observation and analytical ways of understanding the basics before embarking on a project, giving Gal an important role on contributing to the software development team.

Gal enjoys working as part of the software development team in assisting with internal projects by experiencing a wide range of technologies firsthand.

Gal is also passionate in experimenting a lot of ways to develop web pages and dashboards via backend and frontend frameworks/languages.

Rakhesh possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering and is a member of Engineers Australia. He has over 15 years of overall work experience including 8 years of experience within the Australian mining sector, predominantly in Iron ore and Aluminum.

His experience includes Electrical design, control system design, drafting, PLC and HMI programming, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.

With over 20 years of working experience as a Control Systems Engineer, Nelson has an impressive industry background in Manufacturing, Material Handling, Mining and Oil and Gas projects. This makes Nelson is our “go-to” guy for technical expertise.

Jeremy is a passionate, energetic engineer with impeccable attention to detail.

Holding a Bachelors’ in Engineering Mechatronics and Bachelor Technology Motorsports, Jeremy has 5 years’ experience working in the mechanical design and Electronics IOT space, Automation and Process Control.

Jeremy works alongside our senior process control engineers utilizing a multitude of PLCs and DCS systems.

Brian is a creative and dedicated engineer with a passion for solving problems and sharing knowledge.

His grounded personality accompanied with a master’s degree in electrical engineering and automation makes him a great asset. He has 12+ years of technical customer support experience which enables him to approach all kinds of tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude as well as cooperative mindset.

Brian is specialised in Citect SCADA automation software, having worked with the product for many years and is always learning about other applications linked to SCADA.  

Amal is a creative, energetic and dedicated young engineer with a passion for learning.

His bubbly personality accompanied with a master’s degree in Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control makes Amal invaluable to any team! He brings detailed and inventive ideas to the table promising innovation and results.
